**Since we ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx, there may be delays in shipping due to COVID-19.**
Upon approving payment, you (Buyer), hereby agree to pay the estimate in full prior to production. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to review for graphical, typographical, spelling/grammar errors etc. in the approved draft.
If multiple persons must review, the Buyer is responsible for getting the draft to those persons.
If an error is missed during the proofing process, and the job is approved and printed, the Buyer agrees to pay 50% of the original price for a reprint.
PHYSICAL COLORS MAY NOT MATCH EXACTLY TO COMPUTER-GENERATED PROOFS DUE TO DIFFERENCES IN SCREEN CALIBRATIONS AND HOW MATERIALS ABSORB INC. We will try our best to match the colors as close as possible.
If an error is made to the completed purchased item(s), such as glued forms not staying together, the Buyer will be given a reprint at NO ADDITIONAL COST.
If multiple orders have been placed over time, with no payments made to any of the orders, Value Printing reserves the right to request a $50 deposit on the order before any art is completed or sent to the customer.
When a fillable PDF digital form comes into your possession via email, the sale is final and non-refundable. If you wish to receive a refund for digital forms, please let us know before you obtain the final digital form.
