What types of materials do you offer?

• Paper Stickers – Indoor use only. Will not last outdoors.
• Vinyl Stickers – Outdoor use with a 3–5-year life expectancy depending on climate and exposure to weather.
• Extended Life Vinyl Stickers – Outdoor use with a 5–7-year life expectancy depending on climate and exposure to weather.
• Chrome Polyesters Stickers – Outdoor use with a 1–2-year life expectancy depending on climate and exposure to weather.

What is your order process?

To Initiate an order request, you would begin by placing your order for the type and size of product online that you need. You can also send an email or call our office directly to start an order or reorder.  

Once your order comes through, our team of designers will begin working on your proof. You will typically receive your design proof within 24 hours. Many times, if the order is placed early in the day, you will receive a same-day proof. Requests placed after business hours or over the weekend will be sent the next business day. 

Your proof will be emailed directly to you with a complete estimate of costs, including any sales tax and shipping, along with a secure payment link in the proof email. If you need any revisions to the design or to update your quantity, we will be happy to make these changes for you and send a new proof and/or estimate. 

Once you approve the design and payment is made, it will be moved into the production line-up (no further changes can be made at this point). Your item will move through the production queue and once it is ready to ship, you will receive your tracking information. 

What are your hours of operation?

Our office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (Eastern Standard Time).
Holidays and Inclement weather may affect these hours. 

What are your turnaround times?

Turnaround times vary by product, and they are listed in your proof email and will be confirmed with your paid invoice receipt. Turnaround times are always listed as “business days” and not actual days. Holidays and weekends do not count towards business days. 

Do you offer reprints or refunds?

We will correct any error that is our fault and offer a free reprint. For no-fault errors, we will offer a 50% discount on a reprint of your product. Refunds will not be provided for products that have been completed and shipped. 

Do you offer discounts and promotions?

Throughout the year, we may run a special or promotion. When we have a promotion available, our customer service team will automatically apply the discount to your estimate when sending your proof – No coupon code is required. 

Do you have custom set up fees?

We do not charge any additional set-up fees for customization to our existing product templates. If we build a design from scratch, a one-time- custom setup fee may be applied. An example of this would be if we have to type-set a brand-new form or recreate a form that was printed elsewhere.  

Do you offer split runs?

Due to production runs if your designs vary a separate order is required.  ie) your order is for the same sticker with a different phone number on a portion of the stickers.   

Can I mix and match the front and back of any design theme?

Yes. The front of one design can have the back of another. You can just place the order for any given design and add a note in the special instructions or give us a call with any revisions to the templates. 

Can I provide my own artwork?

You can submit pre-designed artwork only as an editable PDF file in the specific size needed with ¼” bleed all the way around.  If you need assistance in sending the correct file size or printing requirements, please call us

Do you keep my previous designs?

We keep all previous designs on file for future orders and reorders – even if you never completed the purchase. If you are unsure of your past orders or ordered under an old company name our customer service team can assist in locating previous orders. 

Do you offer digital copies of printed products?

All templates are copyrighted to Value Printing, and we do not provide a PDF version of our templated products after purchase.  We may choose to send you a clean jpeg image of your business card, postcard, brochure, etc. for use on social media or email. 

What is the process to order Fillable PDF's?

Fillable PDF versions of our forms will be emailed 1-2 business days after approval of the artwork. These forms will be sent locked for a set amount of time, in a low resolution for viewing on a tablet or computer.  Once purchases are complete and your form is sent, we will be unable to make any revisions or provide a refund for these.
